  • 24 HOURS BEFORE

    Get your skin smooth + ready to glow:

    • Exfoliate everything (especially elbows, knees, ankles)

    • Shave or wax if needed

    • Skip lotions, oils, and perfumes after exfoliating

    👉 Think: clean, dry, fresh skin = flawless tan

    DAY OF APPOINTMENT

    Keep it simple:

    • Shower at least a few hours before your appointment

    • Come with NO makeup, lotion, or deodorant, unless you like green armpits

    • Wear loose, dark clothing

    WHAT TO WEAR

    Post-tan outfit = loose & comfy:

    • Oversized tee, hoodie, sweats, or flowy dress

    • Sandals or slides

    • No tight bras, leggings, or anything that rubs

    AFTER YOUR TAN

    Let her develop, babe:

    • Be sure to rinse when instructed

    • First rinse = water only (no soap yet or loofah)

    • Moisturize daily with our lotion and/or body oil to keep your glow glowing

    🚫 AVOID BEFORE YOUR FIRST RINSE

    • Sweating (no gym, hot girl walks can wait 😅)

    • Water (the dishes can also wait)

    • Tight clothing

    DON’T FORGET

    You’ll look a little extra bronzed at first—that’s just the guide color.
    Your actual tan shows up 24 hours after the spray. Trust the process!

    FINAL NOTE

    Hydrated skin = longer lasting tan
    Dry skin = patchy vibes (we don’t do that here)

    If it stains a white tee, it stains your teeth. For the rest of the day, avoid:

    • Coffee ☕️

    • Red wine 🍷

    • Soda

    • Berries

    • Dark sauces (soy, tomato, bbq, etc.)

    • Smoking/vaping

    WHAT YOU CAN HAVE

    Keep it light + neutral:

    • Chicken, rice, pasta (no dark sauces)

    • Picking at your gems with your nail, tongue, or anything else

    DAILY CARE

    Keep her cute + clean:

    • Brush gently around the gem(s)

    • Maintain normal oral hygiene

    HOW LONG IT LASTS

    • We use only dental grade bonding and adhesives, so our gems usually last a few months to a few years

    • Better oral hygiene and care = longer retention

    • Gems will eventually fall off on their own with no damage to the tooth

    PRO TIP

    Hydration + good oral care = better overall results.
